- From the day of receiving cookies, Please do not keep or
consume piped icing cookies for more than 5 days.Unpiped cookies may be kept and stored in an
airtighted container in the chiller for 1 week.
Always make sure Royal Icing are kept in the chiller,
Separation of water and sugar may occurred,
just do a gentle shake and knead the Icing Bags gently before piping.Always Piped Cookies in Room Temperature
and not on chilled cookies.
Unused Remaining Icing can be kept in the chiller
and use it within 2 days. - Wash your hands before handling the Cookies.
Gently knead or shake the Icing Bags before cutting the Tip
of the Piping Bag (Around 1mm to 2mm) size.
Do not over cut the tip.There are many methods of decorating the cookies,
you may use our sample photo of the designed cookies
as a reference or learn the basic techniques
of cookies decorating from our video Tutorials on
